Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bertone Motorsport's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Terms

By using our auto repair services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All repairs will be performed according to industry standards
• Written authorization is required before performing additional repairs
• Cost estimates may vary based on discovered issues during service
• Payment is required upon completion of services
• We may retain possession of your vehicle until payment is made in full

Warranties and Guarantees

Our service warranties cover:

• Workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Parts according to manufacturer specifications
• Service-related issues directly attributed to our work

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents or collisions
• Misuse or abuse of the vehicle
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications made by other parties

Scheduling and Cancellations

We require:

• 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
• Prompt notification of delays in vehicle drop-off
• Vehicle pickup within 48 hours of service completion
• Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond 72 hours

Liability Limitations

Bertone Motorsport is not responsible for:

• Personal items left in vehicles
• Pre-existing mechanical issues
• Damage caused by third parties
• Delays due to parts availability or circumstances beyond our control

Payment Terms

We accept:

• Major credit cards
• Cash
• Approved financing options

Additional terms:

• Full payment is required upon service completion
• Deposits may be required for major repairs
• Additional charges may apply for diagnostic services
• Late payment fees may be assessed on unpaid balances

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Direct communication with management
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration as a last resort

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
